Today i want to show you another delicious and low-fat dish i like to eat from time to time.
Selfmade gherkin-cress spread.
It´s very easy to make and tastes great <3
You start with a bowl of cottage cheese.
Than you cut the cress on top.
Cut the gherkins in little pieces.
Add Salt, Pepper and -if you like- a spoon of white vinegar.
