Als ich grad meine Website erneut um ein paar Bilder bereichert habe, bin ich wieder im Sommer in Berlin gelandet. Diesen Sommer war ich so glücklich und wurde von der Rockband Paint me Picasso eingeladen mit ihnen auf dem CSD vor Tausenden von Menschen auf der Bühne zu stehen. In diesem Fall als Kamerafrau. Da sagt man nicht nein! Also, wurde meine Freundin Johanna eingesackt und wir machten uns auf den Weg in die Hauptstadt!

Am Tag nach der Parade hatte wir etwas Zeit umher zu streunern und uns die Gegend etwas anzusehen. Am Tag der Parade und des Auftritts war dafür keinerlei Zeit, da waren wir nur busy. Es war großartig eine solche Erfahrung zu machen. Ich habe zudem eine tolle, junge Fotografin kennengelernt, Silke Lapina. Mit ihr und der Band habe ich gute, inspirierende Gespräche geführt. Sie hat viele Bilder geschossen an diesen zwei Tagen, die solltet ihr euch mal ansehen!
We had a little time to enjoy the city and stroll around on the day after the parade and gig. That's what we did. The main day we were busy full time. It was great to make an experience like this.
I got to meet another young photographer, Silke Lapina, which was inspiring and a great person to talk to. She made heaps of great pictures of the gig. You should check them out!

Die schönste Überraschung war, mich selbst im neuen Musikvideo von Paint me Picasso zu entdecken. Damit habe ich nicht gerechnet und war echt gerührt. Die Jungs rocken nicht nur gut ab, sondern schätzen auch die Arbeit, die für sie gemacht wird. Das ist wunderschön!
The greatest surprise was seeing myself in the latest music video of the band. I was really touched and didn't know they'd show me. This shows the guys do not only know how to rock and they cherish the work that is done for them. That's just wonderful!
